Kona Aggressor Trip April 22-29, 2017

We are going to Hawaii's Kona Coast this April. We will be staying on the Kona Aggressor, a luxury dive yacht. We've filled up the rooms we had reserved but there were still a couple rooms left on the boat last time we checked. One room is a double and the other can be a quad room or a double. If you are interested in doing this trip with us it would be a good idea to decide soon. Over 20% of the reef fish in Hawaii are found nowhere else in the world. One of their signature dives is a night dive with Manta Rays. Imagine sitting on the bottom of the ocean while Manta Rays do loops in the water over your head as they try to filter food out of the water. The Kona Coast is also know for it's volcanic topography - lava tubes, bommies, arches, and huge craters. There's also a very real possibility of seeing larger animals like sharks, whales, whale sharks, dolphins, seal lions, turtles, eels, eagle rays...finally one of the dives they've started doing is a pelagic dive. Divers hang at 40 feet in water 3000 feet deep to see what comes up from the depths to feed. All sorts of strange and unusual things are spotted. I've read through quite a few of the captains logs for past trips. You can find these on the Aggressor website. They are seeing cool things on every trip.
Kona Aggressor Trip April 22-29, 2017 Cost of the Aggressor Trip: $2935 (Includes a double room on the boat, meals, snacks, beverages, diving up to 5 dives a day, tanks, weights, towels, air fills) Each room has it's own sink, toilet, & shower, cozy robes, in-room hair dryers, TV, and DVD player. The boat has showers on the dive platform, a hot tub on the sundeck, books & DVDs in the library, individual dive lockers on the dive deck, dedicated photo table...
The cost of the trip does not include airfare, hotels, taxis, or anything else you want to do before or after the Aggressor Trip. Due to everyone's different agendas before and after the trip we are all booking our own airfare & any extra time on the islands.
